Wir waren 2 Wochen mit unserer Familie hier. Im großen und ganzen wirklich schön. Ein Teil der Fenster konnte man leider nicht verriegeln, sodass wir die Rolläden untenlassen mussten, damit keiner reinkommt. Etwas weiter weg, aber dafür eine ruhige Lage mit netten Nachbarn.

Het huis had alles wat je nodig hebt. Na een kleine valse start (benedenverdieping was niet helemaal netjes) hebben we 10 dagen genoten van dit verblijf. De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep heel vlot. Binnen de kortste keren was de poetsdame aanwezig om alles top top in orde te brengen. De villa’s uitgerust met alles wat je maar kan bedenken. Het zwembad wordt meermaals tijdens je verblijf onderhouden, de buren zijn super vriendelijk en een hele rustige buurt maar toch snel bij alles. Zeker aan te raden!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Tres Calles. Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig mit netten Nachbarn in der Urbanisation les Tres Calles gelegen. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Alles ist recht schnell erreichbar, in ca. 5 min liegt ein großer Supermarkt. Die wunderschönen Buchten und Spazierwege haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Ferienhaus wird von der Familie bewohnt, so dass wirklich alles zu finden ist, was in der Küche gebraucht wird. Besonders gut sind die Küchengeräte, Equipment wie Waschmaschine ist sehr leise, und die Töpfe in sehr guter Qualität. Der Garten hat viele Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Sonne und im Schatten. Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt, perfekt für eine Abkühlung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. :)

Llevamos veraneando en Calafat muchos años y este año nos hemos alojados en Tres calas. La casa está muy bien y los vecinos muy amables. Solo que para ir a las calas te desplazas en coche por estar un poco más alejada pero por el resto muy, muy recomendable.

Fuimos con familia a pasar una semana, la dueña es superamable y atenta, la villa muy cuidada, destacar que no le falta absolutamente nada, han pensado hasta el último detalle, su ubicación muy buena, pues está muy cerca de muchas calas y de supermercados, un plis en coche, entorno tranquilo y relajante, destacar unos vecinos maravillosos, con un trato cercano y generoso, así que son una de las mejores vacaciones y sin duda recomiendo y repito la próxima!

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette villa. La maison est comme l'annonce, endroit très calme avec des voisins très gentil. La piscine et très agréable et a bonne température. La maison est très propre, le jardin bien entretenu. La maison est bien équipée et tout le nécessaire est présent : accessoires cuisine, drap et serviettes de bain. Nous retenons que du positif de notre séjour.

Great communication from Dawn from the outset, including sorting out a couple of issues whilst we were there and going over and above. Villa had everything we needed, set in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Car a necessity, but we knew that anyway and had planned on the fact we’d need to drive to key places.

Right from booking Dawn was in contact with us giving us some recommendations along with some hints and tips for the local area which really helped as we didn’t know the area. She provided contact details in case there were any issues (there were none!) and we received a lovely welcome pack on arrival. The villa was better than we expected, very private and secure, an ideal place for our family to enjoy a relaxing break. We would definitely recommend, 5 stars!! Thank you Dawn.

We stayed in this beautiful villa for a week and had a wonderful time. We celebrated a birthday during the week and Dawn was very helpful with giving us local recommendations. The weather was perfect so we had wonderful beach days. The beaches in the area are beautiful and Dawn was extremely helpful with her local knowledge. The villa has everything we could have wished for. Perfectly equipped for 4 month old, 2 and 7 year old and adults enjoyed the bbq area where we enjoyed locally caught fresh fish. The neighbours were wonderful too and supplied us with home grown vegetables every day. A perfect holiday to create happy memories.

Tout est conforme à l'annonce. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, la clim est appréciable dans les chambres en cas de chaleur, la piscine est très agréable (une personne dédiée est venu la nettoyer pendant notre séjour et a effectué les tests de chlore), le jardin est bien entretenu et la villa est dans un secteur très calme. De plus, très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, du début à la fin. Merci à lui !

El alojamiento es inmejorable. Con unas instalaciones perfectas para pasar unos días en familia. cocina muy bien equipada, lavabos y habitaciones amplias. jardín cuidado. Piscina limpia y con agua clara. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Sería perfecto si en el dormitorio princípial hubiera persiana. Entra luz en la mañana y no estamos acostumbrados. Por lo demás estamos totalmente muy satisfechos con nuestra experiencia.

La casa es perfecta para disfrutar del verano, cerca de las calas que hay en la Ametlla de Mar. La piscina es fantástica para divertirse y relajarse. Se debería mejorar la calidad de los colchones son demasiado blandos. Dawn está siempre pendiente y no ha atendido muy rápido. Hemos pasado una semana que no olvidaremos.

Casa Dawn is a beautiful villa, in it's own grounds with swimming pool. The villa has just had a total refurbishment and it is spot on! Everywhere was spotlessly clean. It has absolutely everything you could think of needing whilst on holiday, and more! Dawn gave lots of advice beforehand about places to visit, nearest beaches and best places to eat in the area. We would definitely recommend a stay here, and will definitely be back hopefully next year! Thankyou Dawn for letting us stay in your beautiful villa .

Both times we have stayed here we have loved it. Lovely villa, lovely place. Dawn is always very helpfull if we have any query. Villa is well equipt with every thing you need would definately reccomend this villa to anyone and ive already reccomended it to my friends. We came as a family of 6 and there was plenty of space for us all. Myself and my husband are trying to work our schedule out for next year to book a week for the both of us. Comfy beds, lovely pool, well equipt, clean and most of all sun. Thank you for letting us stay in your villa. Lorna and alisdair.

Das Haus war so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben.. Wirklich sehr modern und sauber.. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt bei der Übergabe. Das Ferienhausviertel ist sehr ruhig.. Der Nachbar hat zwei Hunde, sind aber sehr lieb. Die Strände sind in kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Supermarkt in 2 km Entfernung hat alles was man braucht.- Für größere Einkäufe sollte aber der Mercadona aufgesucht werden. Dieser ist ca. 5 km entfernt in L´Amettla de Mar. Der Außenkühlschrank und die Grillecke sind wirklich schön, sowie auch die Sitzecke beim Eingang, ist für eine abendliche Weinrunde richtig zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön. Das Badezimmer im Schlafzimmer ist auch sehr gut gelöst. Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. An der Ausstattung in der Küche fehlt es wirklich an nichts.. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen..

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cette villa avec nos 3 enfants. La maison est très bien entretenue et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La piscine est au top, on en a profité tous les jours. Les criques de sable fin sont à 10 minutes en voiture et la ville de l'amettla del mar est aussi à proximité. Le propriétaire est très réactif et a répondu à toutes nos demandes...merci à lui. Nous recommandons sans problème cette villa.
