We, as a family of four, thoroughly enjoyed our weeks long stay in October 2018.

You can hear the sea at night and swim in it during the day (still perfectly warm in October). The house has a lovely holiday feel to it and there wasn't anything we felt we needed.

Just as good as the previous times …

Now stayed in this location on three occasions Very very secluded . Accommodation is very clean and all we need is there Check in is easy , communication has been super on each occasion On site hosts are quickly available, if needed Journey into nearest towns is approximately 10 minutes at a very leisurely pace If you want a break away from a busy world - this is probably the place for you - as is the whole, beautiful area

So worth it….

Property was as described , and we felt the pictures didn’t do it enough credit Yes , being early season, we could tell a little decoration and site tidying up may still be needed but that was all balanced out by the tranquil , exceptionally spacious and tranquil setting Owner’s information packs and communications covered off all eventualities On site manager Carmen and her son were most welcoming Check in and out, super easy A place to remember and hopefully revisit when next in the area

Fast perfekt

Wir wurden per whats app vom, ich glaube so eine Art Verwalter, kontaktiert . Marcel schickte uns die genauen Koordinaten zu und wartete am Tor auf uns . Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles gezeigt. Wir waren 3 erwachsene mit 2 kleinen hunden. Einfach perfekt. Das Grundstück ist zwar nicht komplett umzäunt jedoch liegt los pinos oberhalb der anderen häuser und man ist wirklich für sich. Einen Nachteil gibt es . Man hört ziemlich oft und laut die Autobahn. Gerade nachts . Fenster zu und Klima an dann war es okey. Genauso den Zug der aber wirklich selten fährt. Nach einer Woche gewöhnt man sich aber daran. Es war nur ein Spülschwamm vorhanden. Ein paar putzlappen gerade fürs Bad und Reiniger wären schön gewesen. Genauso wie mehr als nur ein Geschirrtuch. Die Sauberkeit war okey. Zu penibel darf man nicht sein. Für uns hat es gereicht. Der Wasserkocher ist kaputt gegangen und keine 2 Stunden später stand marcel mit einem neuen da. Er hat uns auch mit tollen tips für restaurant, ausflügen und badeplätzen versorgt. Es war es ein sehr unkomplizierter und sehr schöner Urlaub. Wirklich wie daheim. Wir kommen wieder.

Schön gelegen, ruhig, unberührt

Wunderschön gelegene Anlage (ca 7 häuser teilen sich die Anlage mit Pool), 10 km entfernt ist der Hauptort mit Mercadonna (Supermarkt), kleinen Restaurants, Hafen, Markt etc. Sehr nettes Personal (Carmen, Marcel), Sauberkeit super, Inventar ok, Betten gut, Waschmaschine ordentlich (es gibt 2 Maschinen für alle, immer genug frei), das Häuschen ist oben für sich mit Außenküche, Ausßendusche, Sonnensegel&-liegen, , dachterrasse uvm. Im Haus 2 Schlafzimmer mit 5 Betten, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster (alles tipptopp), Klimaanlage überall, Einrichtung etwas älter. TV haben wir nicht auf deutsch hingekriegt, also haben wir 14 Tage kein TV angemacht, was für uns kein Problem ist. Man hätte Carmen dafür kontaktieren können, das war uns aber nicht wichtig (WLAN hat unseren Kindern gereicht) Wir waren zum 2. mal auf der Anlage (es war beim ersten Mal ein anderes Haus) und kommen gerne wieder nach Los Pinos. Die Buchten sind wunderschön und laden zum schnorcheln ein, innerhalb von 15-30 Minuten erreicht man weitere Strände, die mehr für kleinereKinder geeignet sind. (Diese Strände sind sehr gut ausgestattet mit Toiletten und duschen, kleine Snackbar). Wir waren sonst immer in Mallorca und das hier ist definitiv weniger touristisch- leider sollte man demnach auch nicht davon ausgehen, dass man mit englisch o. Deutsch weiterkommt kommt- nur mit französisch oder spanisch (oder dem Handytranslator)

Traumhaft Haus, Pool, Grundstück und Meer. Fernab vom Massentourismus.

Von Anfang bis Ende absolut stimmig. Kommunikation einfach und schnell. Marcel und seine Frau, die vor Ort zuständig sind, sind wahnsinnig hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben. Die Straße zum Haus ist mit einem normalen Auto gut zu erreichen. Parkplatz im Schatten vor der Tür. Livingroom mit Küche und Klimaanlage. Austattung der Küche ist absolut ausreichend: Großer neuerer Kühlschrank mit einem größeren Gefrierfach, Induktionsherd mit Backofen, siehe weiteres auch Beschreibung. Beide Schlafzimmer ebenfalls mit guten Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich der zu Los Pinos gehört, ist sehr groß mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill, Dusche, Dachterrasse. Die restliche Grünanlage und der Pool sind gepflegt und sauber. Gefühlt hatten wir einen privaten Pool, da wir meist alleine dort waren. Wer seine Ruhe und kein Massentourismus haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Mit unserem 1-jährigen Sohn hatten wir eine sehr, sehr gute Zeit dort. Er konnte drinnen sowie draußen überall rumlaufen und die Welt erforschen.

Genial. Un raconet de paradís!

L'entorn de 10 per a grans, petits i per la nostra gossa. I els amfitrions de 100! El Marcel, atent, proper, eficient i resolutiu a qualsevol hora i davant de qualsevol situació. La sra Carme, una manetes. Ens vam trobar amb problemes de wifi, calefacció, bombes de calor, bombetes foses, il.luminació insuficient a la saleta, que van ser resolts amb la màxima celeritat possible. Suggeriríem tan sols alguna millora per fer l'estada encara millor. Com ara una cortina a la finestra del bany per a més privacitat. Que el calefactor del bany funcionés més de 2 minuts (insuficient en dies de pluja i poc sol). Disposar de cubells de reciclatge a la cuina. I una rentada de cara en general. Tot això filant molt prim i amb ànim constructiu. De fet, nosaltres vam allargar l'estada uns dies més i de segur que repetirem. Un complex preciós i íntim en un entorn espectacular!

Die Häuser sind in Ordnung, Einrichtungen zweckmäßig und auch Sauberkeit .Was nicht geklappt hat ist die Anreise und auch für unseren Enkel gab es kein Bett in der ersten Nacht.Handtücher auch nicht vorhandenen, obwohl bestellt. Baden am Strand geht nicht.Haben gleich in der Nähe kleinen Strand gefunden. Herd der defekt war wurde innerhalb von 3 Tagen gewechselt. Das Haus und das Grundstück hat viel Platz. Der Pool ist schön. Was bei dem Haus Los Pinos auftritt ist der Dauerlärm von der Autobahn. Weiter unten bei den Häusern ist es weniger zu hören. Die Zugehfrau Carmen ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Spricht aber nur Katalan und französisch. Wir srechen Deutsch und etwas Englisch. Also ist das auch ein Problem.

Très bien

A environ 5 km de la ville pour les commerces, 200m du littoral pour le GR92, vue sur mer depuis le toit terrasse, transats BBQ, tout est prévu pour passer de bonnes vacances et le soleil était au RV.
