    Welcome to "Estrella", a very modern, cosy, and comfortable terraced house located in a prestigious residential area of villas in L'Ampolla, Spain. Built in 2011, this elegantly designed property spans 2 storeys and offers an exceptional holiday rental experience for those seeking both style and tranquillity by the sea. The house is positioned just 110 metres from the sea and 100 metres from the beach, placing you within effortless reach of the coastline. Inside, you will find all the comforts of a contemporary home, including air conditioning, a washing machine, and high-speed internet with WiFi connectivity to keep you connected throughout your stay. The property benefits from access to a shared, fenced park and a large shared garden, as well as a private, beautifully maintained garden that adds a sense of seclusion and charm to your outdoor living experience.     "Xaloc" is a 4-room terraced house of 115 m2 spread across 2 levels, offering a welcoming and well-appointed vacation rental experience for up to 5 guests. The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living and dining room furnished with modern and comfortable pieces, including a dining table and a bar area. This level also includes a full bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, as well as a large open kitchen fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A private patio is directly accessible from the living area. On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double room featuring 1 French bed measuring 190 cm in length and 150 cm in width.
