「The property is well situated and offers excellent value. There’s a hiccup during our stay but the owner/manager went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Much thanks to the owner’s best hospitality and generosity! Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this place!」

「Owner initially took days to answer us but closer to the stay date was extremely responsive and cooperative. The place is old but maintained well. However, we did not get the unit we rented. We were upgraded to the ground floor unit for logistics issues. The owner forgot to turn the heat back on and the air conditioning was still in the window with the plastic insultation on the sides completly riped off. We were able to put our hands outside... Still the host was very helpful and had someone...

「The host is very helpful and kind and the house itself is vwry inviting. The kitchen is fully functional and is spacious and open.rhey have wonderful big clean spacious room and a vwry nice back yard. The decor inside is inviting and he is a consciencious host. Loved it ! Would stay recommend to anyone !」

「The property is exactly how it is listed. It’s not too far away from the Montreal downtown, maybe 20/25 mins drive based on traffic. There is also a playground around the corner of the property so it’s great if you have kids. The neighbourhood is very calm and quiet. 」

「Fabulous old home in the heart of Old Montréal. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were perfect for our family reunion. For all the showers, dishes, and laundry run, we never ran out of hot water. Sareka is delightful and so welcoming. 」

「We 6 stayed here at the end of May 2025 (two early 20’s, two early 50’s, and 2 early-mid 70’s). Property was reasonably clean. You get the top two floors of a 3-story row house. Bedroom on the ‘first’ floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Half bath on the 2nd floor, two full baths, so anyone staying on the 2nd floor needs to go up another flight to shower.
