“I am very satisfied with the hotel:
+ friendly staff
+ very close to supermarkets and restaurant
+ comfortable bed and pillows
+ mini bar (empty), coffee machine and kettle in the room
+ good quality of breakfast (4 types of bread, meats, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, hard boiled eggs)
+ quiet neighbourhood
I have two small concerns:
- Sound isolation between rooms is not perfect, I could clearly hear the TV from the neighbour room.
- Mini bar is plugged to a normal socket, so it switches off when……

“Wow! A whole, big apartment with all amenities, for less than the cost of hotels. Great interiors, high quality modernized. The bed was perfect, immaculate, with a just right, high quality foam mattress and wonderful fluffy blankets. Cooking was all modern, with all kitchenwares provided. Private key provided through website. Caution though- no front desk or attendant on-site. We were only notified of this hours before arriving.”

“Struttura nuova appena portata a nuovo. Non hanno l'asensore e scale molto ripide e non è indicato da nessuna parte, avevo 2 valigie grabdi e pensanti. La reception chiude ad orari variabili anche alle 17,00 se troni dopo e vuoi un bicchiere d'acqua non c'è modo, ma si paga come un albergo con la reception notturna. E' evidente che si sono messi di impegno ma che non sono del mestiere. La prima stanza che mi hanno dato era al 3° piano, piccolissima senza finestre e quando sono arrivato c'erano……

“Alles im Mittelalter-Stil bei unserem Zimmer. Hat unseren 2 Prinzessinnen gut gefallen. In der Etage Vogelgezwitscher, hat mir gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel aber so ist das nun mal in einer Burg. Sehr gutes Frühstück und netter immer erreichbarer Service. Parkieren ebwnfalls kein Problem, nur ca. 200m entfernt für 5Fr. pro Tag.”

"It is a self check-in hotel which you will get a link for unlock the doors, so make sure you mobile phone has enough battery (hotel has free wifi), luckily a friendly host stays there from 0800 to 2000
Very good location where inside the Bern old town, shops and supermarkets are just next to it, also close to the train station, dont miss the rooftop view!!
Bad thing is the shower water is not hot enough even turned to the highest temperature, and there are some bars/pubs nearby, quite noisy on the weekend's midnight "
