“Except from some tiny issues, the hotel is really wonderful.
Receptionists are extremely friendly and very helpful. Hotel' restaurant is serving very good foods, location is only 5-7 mins walk from train station. Beautiful river view from window, free beverages and fruits is really a plus! If you have a light luggage or capable to handle heavy one by stairs, the hotel is what you really need. My room may too close to the railway as it shaked whenever the train pass-by, but I am OK with that. I……

“Struttura nuova appena portata a nuovo. Non hanno l'asensore e scale molto ripide e non è indicato da nessuna parte, avevo 2 valigie grabdi e pensanti. La reception chiude ad orari variabili anche alle 17,00 se troni dopo e vuoi un bicchiere d'acqua non c'è modo, ma si paga come un albergo con la reception notturna. E' evidente che si sono messi di impegno ma che non sono del mestiere. La prima stanza che mi hanno dato era al 3° piano, piccolissima senza finestre e quando sono arrivato c'erano……

“Decent place for few days. Specious and good location. Expedia has a wrong info on their web page, claiming the place has AC. There is no AC so the place was very hot during the heatwave days. They provided second fan so it helped a bit. Overall good stay but not in the hot summer months.”

“Notre 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel où l'on se sent bien. Idéalement situé pour nous rendre au Summerside Festival de Grenchen. Pas vraiment le temps de profiter des environs, mais il y a des commerces proches et des facilités de parking. Pour avoir déjà testé le restaurant de l'hôtel, il est vraiment top. Good hotel with new hosting system
"It is a self check-in hotel which you will get a link for unlock the doors, so make sure you mobile phone has enough battery (hotel has free wifi), luckily a friendly host stays there from 0800 to 2000
Very good location where inside the Bern old town, shops and supermarkets are just next to it, also close to the train station, dont miss the rooftop view!!
Bad thing is the shower water is not hot enough even turned to the highest temperature, and there are some bars/pubs nearby, quite noisy on the weekend's midnight "
