Living-dining room: cable TV with national and foreign channels, completely renovated and high-end furniture
Kitchen: fully equipped with everything you need and utensils, with direct access to the pool and barbecue.
Bedrooms: 3 with double beds (1x140cm + 1x 150cm and 1x180cm (with shower and sink in the same room)
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, 1 complete with shower, 1 toilet with sink
Exterior: The terraces are distributed and equipped with outdoor furniture, creating different, modern and well-kept environments.
Pool: With a different and modern colored bottom, Spacious and very well maintained
Additional characteristicsParking: It is possible to park 1 car on the premises of the house.
Pets: 1 pet is allowed, important prior notice to the agency.
Central air conditioning: Included. Appropriate and consistent use of air conditioning is requested to promote energy efficiency and respect for the environment.
WiFi Free: Private WiFi available throughout the house.
Rental Restrictions: The house is only available for families; Youth groups are not accepted.

Swimming pool: normally available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility).
