"This is a nice hotel, but it has poor customer service and not a very good system. The front desk staff (mostly male) didn’t seem very interested in helping guests. The rooms are okay, and the breakfast is good. However, some facilities are inconvenient to use. The swimming pool requires a reservation and is limited to one hour per day. The rooftop restaurant also requires a reservation The elevator key system had frequent issues, which was frustrating. The location is not very central—it’s about a 15–20 minute taxi or Uber ride to main attractions like the Eiffel Tower. Overall, the hotel has some positives, but the service and restrictions take away from the experience."

"This was a trip to celebrate my mums 80th birthday with my young family. The apartment is in a spectacular location and has excellent facilities. It was sunny during our stay and we loved listening to the live music from the windows overlooking the square. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and a great atmosphere around this area of Paris. It was very busy and noisy but peaceful when the windows were closed. Would definitely recommend this apartment."

"Lovely place in a lovely neighborhood. Clean and pretty, outstanding staff. The room wasn't big but it was just perfect for me - and I especially enjoyed opening the large window in my room to breath in the quiet Paris alley behind. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!"

"The hotel was extremely busy, but really could do with some deeper cleaning. In our room, the sink wouldn't drain of water for ages, assuming blocked with multiple visitors toothpaste spit! There was a clump of someone's hair on the floor, and generally dust and some hair found in the toilet and shower area. We ended up buying a pack of disinfectant wipes and cleaned the room ourselves! The corridors smelled of sweat and the carpets were filthy. One of the lifts was out of order so it was a lot quicker to use the stairs for the amount of visitors trying to use the other 2 lifts On the plus side, there were vending machines with ample choices of snacks and drinks and coffee. We didn't use the breakfast facilities so can't comment on them. For the price, we expected budget, but cleanliness should still be a priority. "

"We stayed at this hotel for 2nights. The receptionist welcome us with a nice smile when we arrived and his very accommodating. This hotel is very convenient to everything.... near the metro station, Sacre Couer, the I Love You Wall and a lot of restaurants nearby. They have a complimentary drinks. This hotel was clean, the size of our room is good for a family of 3, our bed and pillows are comfortable. We're glad we did not go in summertime as they don't have air conditioner. We're glad we did not pay any euro when we leave our luggage. Overall, we are satisfied when we stayed at this hotel."

"Great location but no notive Hotel was under renovation. Very uncomfortable to have workers outside your door painting and doing other work. Specially with a little kid. I wished I had been notified, because it was a bit uncomfortable."
