"From the planning stage to check in Joaquin and Daniel were very helpful. The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 10 min walk from a Farmacia with minimart and 25 min walk from the village centre of La Canyada. The pool was very large and much appreciated by all. "De villa was in perfecte staat, super schoon en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Contact met de eigenaar verliep vlot en efficiënt. Afstand naar het centrum van Valencia en het strand was iets langer dan wij hadden verwacht."

"We enjoyed staying in this villa. It’s perfect for families with small kids, clean and well-equipped. The garden offers full privacy with many places to rest, a small playground for kids and of course a swimming pool. The neighbourhood is quiet and child-friendly. Grocery stores are nearby. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Our only suggestion would be installing air condition or fans in the two bedrooms that do not have them (living room and master bedroom have air condition)."
