very nice house completely renovated located in the center of the hamlet 5km Occiglioni Ile Rousse comfortable, spacious, with nice terrace house completely renovated, beautiful views of sea and mountains and situated 5 km and 5 minutes from the seaside resort of Ile Rousse, its beaches, its marina, commercial port and shops.
Parking 150m from the village.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und glücklich. Die Vermieter waren unheimlich nett und fürsorglich und auch die Dorfgemeinschaft und die Menschen im Dorf waren unheimlich lieb und zuvorkommend. Wir kamen aus dem Ort schnell überall hin und auch Parkmöglichkeiten waren gegeben. Das Auto sollte unten an der Straße geparkt werden, da der Ort für "größere" Autos einfach zu eng ist. Die Gaststätte/Dorfkneipe/Bistro war abends lange gut besucht und dementsprechend war auch ein angemessener Geräuschpegel. Uns persönlich hat es nicht wirklich gestört, aber Menschen mit einem leichten Schlaf könnten Probleme bei ihrer Nachtruhe bekommen. Für mich, ich bin 1,87m groß, war das Bett etwas zu klein. Wenn meine Frau vor mir aufgestanden ist, konnte ich mich nochmal quer ins Bett legen und bequem nochmal eine Runde dösen. Die Dachterrasse war ein Traum. Eine wundervolle Aussucht die zu einem gemütlichen Abendessen eingeladen hat, da man in der Wohnung prima kochen konnte. Der Kühlschrank musste allerdings ein wenig von der Wand abgerückt werden, da er nicht ordentlich gekühlt hat (er hatte 15 Grad. Ggf. Hitzestau). Stand er abgerückt hatte er 8 -12 Grad. Da wir nicht viel verderbliche Lebensmittel lange lagern mussten und wir uns damit gut arrangieren konnten, war dieser Umstand für uns kein Problem. Bier und andere Getränke konnten gut für eine Weile im Gefrierfach abkühlen. Der, in der Anzeige aufgeführte Whirlpool, war nicht auffindbar. =)

Erholung pur! Nice holiday home & friendly Hosts!

Pierrette und François sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Das Haus ist charmant eingerichtet, das Dorf sehr überschaubar, ruhig und gut gelegen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und empfehlen dieses Feriendomizil ohne zu zögern. Pierrette and François are very friendly and accommodating hosts. The house is charmingly furnished, the village is very manageable, quiet and well located. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and have no hesitation in recommending this holiday home. Pierrette et François sont très aimables et sympathiques. La maison a conservé un certain charme authentique d'antan et offre un confort moderne. Tout y est même un lave linge. Le village perché est paisible et bien situé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cette adresse sans hésitations. Merci Pierrette et François!

Le paradis sur terre !

Un accueil inoubliable tant par la générosité que la chaleur humaine de M. et Mme FRATACCI ! Un village perché typique de la Balagne qui ne peut apporter que la sérénité et le calme dont nous avons tous besoin. On revient aux vraies valeurs : le partage et la bienveillance. Une vue imprenable sur les montagnes corses et l'Ile Rousse à quelques kilomètres. Nous reviendrons sûrement retrouver ce petit paradis sur terre ! Idéalement situé entre mer et colline

Village charmant avec vue sur les collines et la mer avec de multiples visites possibles à pied ou en voiture vers les villages voisins. La mer est à 5 km en empruntant une route magnifique .. A ne pas rater, les auberges à Corbara et Santa Reparata . Les propriétaires sont très gentils et conseillent sur les visites et les accès aux plages.

Un joli séjour à Occiglioni

Nous avons passé une semaine à Occiglioni , dans la maison de village que loue M. et Mme Fratacci. Appartement très agréable avec beaucoup de charme et très bien équippé, très bien situé, une terrasse magnifique avec vue sur les toits du village, sur le clocher et un aperçu de la mer à l'horizon...sûrement la plus belle terrasse d'Occiglioni. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très sympathiques. C'était la 2ème fois que nous louions cet appartement et la 4ème fois que nous venions à Occiglioni. Nous reviendrons certainement, une valeur sûre.

L' appartamento è bello e caratteristico. Scomode le scale a chiocciola ma per noi non è stato un problema. Bella la visuale dalla terrazza dalla quale si vedono tetti e mare. Il paese,tipico corso è piccolo e tranquillo ( senza però nessun servizio ). I padroni di casa sono disponibili e simpatici. In 10-15 minuti di macchina si possono raggiungere bellissime spiagge mentr e in 5 minuti la cittadina di Ile rousse. Consigliato !
