「Pleased I did choose NH Valencia Center. If you travel a decent amount, it is not a 4 star but a very good 3 star! Location wise, I thought it was」

「The environment is good with adequate space and scenary view. Nice experience with the room and breakfast buffet. The service is also pretty good. Also convenient with the transportation (both bus and metro).」

「Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.」

「The room was so small for the price. To be fair it was a 3 bed room.」

「Excellent location at the center of Valencia , a lot of restaurants and shops. Good breakfast」

「nice clean」

「Olor peculiar en la habitación」

「The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room is comfortable with very tasteful breakfast.」

「Breakfast excellent. Gym shabby. Nice lobby but shabby narrow corridor. Comparable to 3star hotels in the states.」

「Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.」
