AC hotel is a good base for visiting Siguenza and Alcala de Henares via train. "

"Awesome place to stay if your on the run and just want to get to the airport with no hassle the next day. They take you straight from there for a small fee. Great place and clean. If you are there to go visit the capital it might be too far away unless your willing to pay for a taxi"
