“Staff was super sweet and fun !
Villas were very clean and the common areas were very well kept, felt like a little paradise.
The pool is salt water and is available for use 24hrs.
They also have gazebo space for yoga and group classes.
Meals cooked by staff were great.
Walking distance from the beach and other restaurants.
Shoutout to Yakeuiris and Yokaira !!!

“The propert is very close to the beach, was very clean (one of the few dominican ones where the taps didn't have limescale), great air con, very nice garden and pool. The kitchen has all the utensils you will ever need. A minor downside is that the blinds don't close so you have no privacy when you are in kitchen/living area.
P. S: when I was there, the season was low so the property's bar did not have ingredients for cocktails or did they serve food. ”

“Residencia El Balata
is an exceptional hotel that truly feels like home. it's my second time staying there and will go back.
The staff is caring, attentive, and treats everyone genuine compassion and respect. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere they provide.
The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and organized. The team goes above and beyond to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
