Wir waren 14 Tage dort. Es wurde uns kein Zimmerwechsel angeboten. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nur während wir im Zimmer waren. Schlecht bei Temperaturen von 35 grad. "Property is on a great location only issue was both bridges connecting the hotel to the beach were destroyed at time of visit requiring all guests to take shuttle. Additionally for a five star resort I would have expected the basics: continuous pool service from the bar w out need to go to the bar or flagging someone down. Likewise at the beach as these are just normal for any five star resort. Not a show stopper but an opportunity for the management to provide five star service to their guests while increasing their bottom line."
