「Front desk staff very friendly even arriving arriving after midnight, show me where to park and then walked with me to my room. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and then the next morning they will hand deliver you breakfast. It has been one of my best experiences in Ecuador and not a big hotel chain. AAA+ 」

「We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. The other thing I noticed was that it gets hot in the morning if you don’t lower the window treatments. And one minus was that there is no dryer in the unit. 「Hotel was very clean and very quiet. Hotel staff spoke very very little to no English, so that’s important to you it’s worth noting. 24 hour front desk, man to buzz you in and out of the building. Neighborhood very safe - very short distance to shopping center and restaurants. As a solo female traveler, I would stay again at this hotel.」

「Location is convenient with ggod views. 24 hour doorman, always very nice. The bad...communication is non existent with the owner..I sent texts by whatsapp and emailed and both were ignored. I left a couple of weeks ago and never did get a response.」
