The apartment is located in a 4* residence in the center of la Clusaz. Easy access to the ski lifts from "Champ Giguet" 200m from the residence, 5 mns walk.



The "Charmant T3" property is composed as follows:



- Bedroom with double bed

- Bedroom with 2 single beds

- 2 alpine alcoves with 2 bunk beds in each

- Living room with a double sofa bed

- Open plan fully-equipped kitchen/sitting room

- Bathroom with bathtub in apartment A42 and shower in A32

- Separate toilets

- Flat screen TV, telephone

- A balcony.



The apartments are not with access to the people with reduced mobility (all the apartments are only served in totality by an elevator)

This flat is located on the first floor and therefore benefits from a beautiful view of the village and the Aravis mountain range.



The wellness area offers you all day long and until the middle of the evening, a bath in a water at 29°, under a massive wooden frame and facing a breathtaking landscape and a splendid view on the church tower.

The musts: swan neck, swimming against the tide, whirlpool and sauna!



During your stay in the residence, many services (included or not) are available (see below and our photo gallery)

You can relax in the lounge, watching TV by the fire, or playing pool or even table soccer. The lounge is open until 7:00 pm.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels (2 per kitchen), bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, 4 rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.

We can provide a baby cot (travel cot type) and a high chair on request free of charge.

About La Clusaz :

In winter: ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, guided walks, as well as ice skating, sledding, aerial sports, and more. tres bien sauf les balcons

tres bien; 2 regrets cependant: les balcons ne sont pas du tout isolés, donc on est avec les voisins et leurs conversations; dommage; ensuite mettez des patins sous les chaises des tables, car le deplacement (notamment pendant les menages matinaux de fin de sejour !) sont très sonores; mais l'endroit est top, la vue superbe, donc on reviendra !
