Ideally located 1 km from the village within walking distance, 150 m from the slopes, stop ski-bus, private parking at the foot of the cottage, WIFI, stop ski-bus foot of the chalet.

Son emplacement et ses équipements en font un lieu privilégié pour quelques jours à la Clusaz.... L accueil est simple , direct et tellement chaleureux ! Une propreté irréprochable et le calme des lieux sont à souligner, ainsi que la disponibilité de la propriétaire !!!! Un appartement agréable bien équipé et avec de l’espace. Bien placé même si avec des enfants la station se rejoint plus facilement par la route même si certains passages manque d’aménagement. Très satisfaits du logement , conforme à la description. Piste de ski à 10 mn à pied ou bien par navette , arret au pied du logement . En retrait du centre donc très calme. Nous avons en plus bénéficié d'une météo 100% soleil , on ne pouvait pas demmander mieux.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé

Excellent séjour estival dans cet appartement très spacieux, très bien aménagé et très propre. Nous avons apprécié l'excellent contact avec Madame Périllat et ses précieux conseils sur les activités et les différents points d'intérêt de la région. L'appartement est idéalement situé proche de La Clusaz (à 20 minutes à pied réellement via un très joli sentier) et des différents points de randonnées. Une adresse à retenir!

Appartement spacieux et accueil très chaleureux.

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire à nos petits soins. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité. L'idéal est quand même d'y accéder en voiture car il est situé à 800 m du village par la route. Il est accessible par des navettes (arrêt devant la porte) mais elles sont peu fréquentes dans la journée. (Nous y étions en période de couvre-feu). C'est sans doute différent en période "normale". Néanmoins très bon séjour.

Un appartement très spacieux et très agréable pour une famille même nombreuse. Un accès au ski à 5-10 minutes à pied y compris pour des débutants. L'acceuil de Mme Perillat est très sympathique. On se sent à la maison.

A lovely spacious apartment in a great part of the resort

Every apartment/chalet In a ski resort always lacks space, space for people and space for stuff. The photos belie just how big this apartment is - it’s a true gem and great for families. I found there’s even space to wash and dry clothes and not be tripping over them or have them strung across the dining table. It’s a 2 minute drive or a short 15min walk to the main lifts. Also the resort bus (summer and winter) stops just outside but this means at night it’s exceptionally quiet and a night undisturbed by revelry is a certainty. I stayed here with my two daughters and it was divine. Would recommend for a family with children a little older as there are quite a few steps up to the apartment. Françoise, who runs the property, is also great and a very kind and respectful host. She is willing to help with any questions at all.

Apartement op 13 minuten lopen van La Clusaz.

Gelegen op 2e+3e verdieping, zeer ruim met complete keuken, twee grote slaapkamers. WC op elke verdieping; badkamer met douche enigszins benepen, zeker bij meer dan vier personen. Alles kraakhelder. Een heerlijk en zeer gastvrij verblijf. En de piste snel te bereiken.
