“good location, good staffs and cheap price”

“[DO NOT BOOK THIS] This is a SCAM!!! The hostel is already shut down. When I arrive at the hotel, there is no hostel staff at the reception. The staff in the coffee shop (located on the 1st floor) do not know anything about the hostel (located on the 2nd and 3rd floor). All the rooms are empty, and all the windows are open. Tried to call the phone number on the wall. No one picked up the call. Wi-Fi Code not working. I booked through Expedia. Expedia Chatbot are not helping or connecting me……

“Great service. Location was wonderful. No heater in the room but had good down blankets on the beds. Older rooms but clean. There are common areas to hang out in with others but a 10p noise rule. Allowed us to fill up water bottles with filtered water. The only con I have would be that the reception person told us that they could not use American credit cards and we had to pay in cash. No problem but would have liked to know in advance to ensure we had enough cash. Would stay again.”

“Just a local farming family renting out their guest house. Great hospitality and service. Great for experiencing everyday life in the valeey. Say hi to Bobi”

“Our room was so full of mold and mildew it was hard to enter it. Water seemed to seep onto the bathroom floor. All our clothes reeked of mold so we had to wash them when we got to Cusco. They staff were great but I would never recommend a stay here.”
