“Nice hotel right across the main highway from the ocean. Beautiful view from large windows. Room walls are somewhat rundown as are other small things like doorknobs and cabinet doors.
AC was not working properly. After confirming with receptionist, said they’d send someone, but no one ever came. Only stayed one night (less then 24 hours total) or would have pushed harder.”

“I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again.
But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite.
Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold.
I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. ”

“I paid through Expedia for a room described as grand apartment and the listing showed photos of the room ….when we arrived the room we were given it was from a lower category. I looked on Expedia and the exact photos of the room we were given on Expedia showed a lower price (and listed as a different category) than I paid.
