There’s room for improvement

The room was amazing, AC was a life saver when dealing with the hot summer nights. The cleaning was good, although we didn’t have room service some of the days of our stay and since there was no staff in place we had to deal with the lack of towels and toilet paper ourselves (we tried to call the service number and got the message that it was unavailable). Wi-Fi did not work in the room, only in the lobby and common areas. The hotel has a good location with good restaurants and cafés around it, and short driving distance to amazing beaches.

Posizione strategica, albergo essenziale

Posizione comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia di Pardigon e tutte le altre in zona (in auto). Pratico il parcheggio gratuito. Unica pecca, la reception non era aperta nonostante fosse in orario di apertura, per accedere alla struttura era necessario un codice che si trovava all'interno e non ci è stato comunicato prima dell'arrivo, abbiamo atteso altri ospiti che stavano entrando in quel momento per entrare. Buona la pulizia, stanza carina, niente ascensore. Particolarmente gradita l'aria condizionata.

Pas terrible

Hôtel très bruyant en raison des voitures et des camions qui passent sous la fenêtre toute la nuit. Il ne faut pas croire que si le parking est gratuit c'est le parking de l'hôtel c'est tout simplement le parking de la place du village il n'y a pas toujours de la place. Sinon l'esthétique de l'hôtel extérieur et médiocre et à l'intérieur c'est très ringard. La douche se trouve dans la baignoire ce qui est dangereux pour les personnes âgées.

Le parking à côté de l'hôtel est hyper pratique. L'hôtel est très calme, mais le personnel fait parfois du bruit le matin ... Sinon très bonne proactivité, excellent accueil, et le client est totalement libre de ses allées et venues. Nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. Je ne retourne plus dans cette hôtel Franchement ça ne donne pas envie surtout l’état de la salle de bain et des odeur d’égouts ça ne donna pas envie En plus la prestation ne correspond pas au prix . C’est bien trop cher pour se que l’on trouve sur place ont as l’impression que l’hôtel est à l’abandon Cordialement

Las toallas no las cambiaron en 3 días y las sábanas tampoco, el suelo medio sucio siempre, la cama incómoda y pequeña, habitación pequeña y no está en muy buen estado, sin ascensor el hotel es caro calidad/precio. Si pretendes conocer Saint tropez no te recomiendo este hotel, para llegar está un poco lejos y si tomas otros caminos vas a ir por carreteras en montañas estrechas y con curvas. En la croix valmer no hay mucho que hacer y las playas normales. Mejor cógete otro hotel. Les serviettes ne les ont pas changées en 3 jours et les draps non plus, le sol à moitié sale toujours, le lit inconfortable et petit, petite chambre et pas en très bon état, sans ascenseur l'hôtel est cher qualité/prix. Si vous avez l'intention de connaître Saint tropez, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, pour y arriver, il est un peu loin et si vous prenez d'autres chemins, vous irez sur des routes dans des montagnes étroites et sinueuses. Dans la croix valmer, il n'y a pas grand-chose à faire et les plages normales. Mieux vaut vous faire un autre hôtel

Notre arrivée un peu chaotique personne pour nous accueillir à 15h, juste une personne par téléphone qui nous donne le code et dit de récupérer les clés sur le comptoir notre reservation pour une chambre familiale et nous arrivons dans 1 chambre double ? Re appel au fameux numéro qui dit de redescendre a l'accueil et de prendre la clé chambre familiale au tableau???? Bref débrouille toi, porte fenêtre ne ferme pas a clé? lumière au plafond dans la salle de bain qui ne fonctionne pas? Et pour finir tv qui ne fonctionne pas et chambre située entre 2 routes très passantes. Bref on a failli s'échapper c'est sûr on y retournera pas!
