「Muy muy mal que en la publicidad del hotel decía que con estacionamiento propio y no era verdad. Es un estacionamiento que tuvimos que pagar. Se nos hizo un engaño」

「Todo excelente lo unico que recomendaria que fuera luz calida, la luz blanca fria es muy incomoda. 」

「Carecen de personal para dar servicio, no tienen suficientes empleados en comedor ni en limpieza , los baños de restaurante están muy sucios , las mesas de restaurante también muy sucias, el personal que asigna las mesas traen su ropa sucia . La carta de alimentos existe pero no hay alimentos disponibles, de toda la carta solo puedes escoger 3 ó 4 platillos. El buffet del desayuno en domingo es muy Malo en alimentos , no hay suficiente personal que atienda . El día lunes fuimos a desayunar antes...

「Great stay. Staff was amazing, Fernando, Miguel, Ruby all great. Quiet place close to many restaurants and the main square. Could have used a kitchen towel and a face towel but minor issues. I would stay here again. 」

Hotel: I don't know if I missed reading where it says NO staff on site that means NO front desk on site just NO one! They give you a code to open front door and get the room key from a box near front. I don't think I liked that idea because tv in our didn't work what if I needed from them. Room: was ok, but the tv did...

「En la página de internet se aprecia una la terraza muy agradable con los sillones y la fogata, actualmente no funciona este espacio para los huéspedes y no se advierte en ningún lado de la página que está fuera de servicio, tampoco funcionaba el jacuzzi y no ofrecen desayunos como lo ilustraba una de las fotos que ví en la página cuando reservé mi estancia. Creo que deberían actualizar su información y advertirle al cliente que no todos los servicios están funcionando pues me desilusionó un poco...

「I just stayed for a few hours while i waited for a flight but the place was clean and staff was very friendly. But the check in window was covered and i couldnt see who i was speaking to which was unsettling. Also the bed and pillows were as hard as a rock.」

「Business trip! The reason to pick this hotel since it's so closed to El Marquis Industrial Business Park. My co-worker from Japan and me (USA) both love the service here!! The room size is super huge!! We booked 2 rooms, and each room has 2 Queen-size bed. Staff is super nice and friendly here. A young man Ivan speaks English and he gives really good hands and tips about our questions. There's a hotel connected taxi driver named Alrando, we uses him as our driver at all time, he's in good help...
