Other things to note
PETS: The owners have pets themselves and know they are family. Unfortunately, the lack of respect for their home with other pets has brought them to be more conservative in their rules.
Pets are negotiable. If pets are approved, an additional $100 cleaning fee will apply. Failure to disclose pets, properly pick up after pets, crate pets when left unattended at the property, keep pets on a leash at all times, or failure of the owner to in any way manage their pets appropriately as deemed by the host will result in a penalty/fee starting at double the standard cleaning fee.
Please note if the pet is a shedding breed, pets are not allowed in the beds and there are sheets available, the bottom shelf in the hall closet, with ducks on them, to be placed on the couch for the pets to be able to be on the couch. Any sign of pets sleeping in the beds, excessive hair on the sheets or comforters, or excessive hair on the furniture, there will be an additional $100 charge. We will send you the pet fee through a separate transaction 1 week prior to your reservation.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: You are required to agree to a separate rental agreement per the management company. You will receive this upon acceptance in the house manual. Follow the link to read the terms and conditions.
