We have stayed at Nayara 4 times. Once at the tented camp and 3 times at Nayara springs. This trip we brought family because we wanted them to see how amazing its is and they were blown away. The grounds of the property are gorgeous, you feel like you are in paradise the minute you arrive. The customer service is beyond, they are the nicest staff you will ever meet, they go above and beyond to make anything You could want or need happen.

Nayara Springs is the most exquisite hotel I’ve ever been to. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel. Grounds are breathtaking, the room and bed are luxurious and the staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Don’t leave Costa Rica without staying here and enjoying their beautiful hot springs beneath the sloths and toucans. My boyfriend and I were comped a free night after a slight mixup. They went out of their way to really make us feel special. Their service, in addition to everything else mentioned is why they are a 5 star rating! Should be 10 stars!

Amazing property, accommodation, service, and food

Really felt like staying in the rainforest, but with excellent food and service. Villa was very private. Not a wildlife preserve, but we did see monkeys, a mom and baby sloth, birds, and lizards on the expansive property. The geothermal pools and the use of all 3 Nayara restaurants and facilities were major plusses that probably aren't emphasized enough.

Incredible place to stay! You need not leave the property to see sloths, monkeys, lots of birds, frogs, and amazing flora. The hot thermal pools are also fantastic and quiet. You need not go to a place for hot springs when it’s right there. The staff are all so nice and the breakfast is delicious.
