Located 5 minutes walk from the beach in a quiet and wooded area. Private and secure parking by remote-controlled electric gate.
Close to shops, green spaces, pedestrian and cycling.
12 km Montpellier, 12 km Medieval city of Aigues Mortes. Between Palavas the waves and the Grau du Roi.

Pour un agréable séjour hors saison
Très bon accueil de François et de son épouse. Le logement réunit toutes les conditions pour un séjour réussi : situé dans une résidence avec parking réservé, proche du centre, des commerces et des plages. L'équipement mis à disposition est complet avec le wifi. Si vous recherchez le calme, vous êtes au bon endroit !! Location avec un très bon rapport qualité prix pour la Grande motte. Nous le recommandons. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentille attention à notre départ.

Le logement est proche de la plage et de toutes commodités. La place de parking est un grand +. François est très accueillant et disponible. Pensez juste à prendre vos draps et nécessaires de toilettes. Merci encore pour l’accueil et les cadeaux de la région. Je recommande François et son logement.

Un grand merci à François ! Nous avons été très bien accueillies. Il est disponible, arrangeant et très souriant : ça nous met tout de suite de bonne humeur pour commencer les vacances. Très bel appartement, très bien aménager. Très bonne accueil, sympathique et arrangeant. Mais comme j'ai dit au propriétaire l'annonce marque qu'il y a la CLIMATISATION et il n'y en a pas.... nous avons eu très chaud et la nuit difficiles d'ouvrir les fenêtres avec l'avenue bruillante (moto, secouristes...)

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires de l'appartement. L'endroit est très calme avec la plage à proximité. Notre séjour fut parfait. Nous avons eu droit à une petit cadeau du propriétaire lors de notre départ. Je recommande sans soucis.

Tout était parfait. De l'accueil du propriétaire prévenant, de l'appartement douillet, calme,au rez de chaussée, très propre avec toutes les commodités. La plage n'est vraiment pas loin en voiture (3 minutes), je m'y suis rendue après mon travail,même en cette période d'automne. Je recommande cette location avec plaisir.

Lovely seaside apartment
The apartment had plenty of space. It was nicely set out and provided all that you might need for a stay away. It felt safe and secure. The host was very helpful and showed us everything we might need. The car park had a sensor parking gate and felt very secure.
