“The hotel is extremely well located literally in the train station. You can be out of your train and straight in the hotel in less than 3-5 minutes. Very clean and modern.”

“Hôtel très bien situé, près de la cité médiévale de Gruyères. Excellent endroit. Par contre, la chambre était beaucoup trop petite, on pouvait difficilement circuler entre le lit et le bureau. Seulement une petite chaise de bois pour s’asseoir. Personnellement, je trouve que c’était beaucoup trop cher payé pour le standard de la chambre.”

“Overall, the hotel is well maintained and the restaurant offers a beautiful view. However, our bathroom drain was clogged, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The room was also very warm, with no air conditioning, and the small windows made the space feel cramped. While the property is nice overall, the room itself was not as comfortable as we had hoped.”

“Very good stay. I didn’t realise the hotel is named after the chocolate brand. Very nice visit to the chocolate factory too~ Restaurant staff is nice; but the reception staff not very friendly, always poker face.”

“Excellent apartment with very attentive hosts. I was unclear about check in as it wasn’t addressed in communications but the hosts live on-site and were there to greet us, let us in and give us all the information we needed for our stay. Everything new in the apartment. The kitchen is well stocked with anything and everything you might need, which is unusual for many rentals. I wasn’t able to figure the oven out, but also did not ask the hosts. When I mentioned it at check out they explained……
