「We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day. The tables and floor of swimming pool sitting area was not clean the next morning time. There were popcorns and foods on the floor.」

Hubo problema con el aire acondicionado que empezo a tirar agua en gran cantidad, se solucionó cambiandonos otra habitación, el personal podria ser mas amable sobre todo la chica que realizo el check out malencarada」
