"The staff was amazing from start to finish. The front desk assisted us with a room upgrade, and the valet even gave us a ride on their golf cart so we could make our dinner reservation on time. We ordered room service for breakfast the night before, and it arrived right on schedule the next morning.
The room itself was great and very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest improving is the toilet fixtures—the handle felt more like something you’d find in a public restroom or bar, which seemed a bit out of place for a luxury resort."

"Excellent location, walkable to all downtown has to offer. Hosts were great with communication and had many recommendations for restaurants and cafes. Noise from the street is a bit loud but they provide a sound machine in the bedroom so no problems sleeping."

"Easy parking, fantastic front desk help, beautiful view from the balcony, great location for shopping and eating and to walk to the oceanfront walkway.
It is undergoing construction right now, but our room was still comfortable and clean. We did not have any construction noise because we were there on a weekend and the construction did not impede the view or the lobby. I am sure that after the renovation, the rooms are going to be beautiful. The rooms are also very large, so they are easy to move around in, even with lots of luggage or more than a couple people. "
