"The property was amazing! Very comfortable accommodating everything you needed. The biggest surprise is how wonderful the grounds were. There was a Koi fish pond, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and hammock didn't get to enjoy it as much as I'd like to but I will add an extra day next time to do that A very wonderful Host, Kimberlie was amazing, very responsive, great instructions Anytime I need to go to Las Animas again, I hope this property is available because that's where I'm staying"

"Booked the caboose in August 2025 for a trip in August 2026 Received confirmation then and again 2 weeks prior to trip. On arrival I was told they had double booked but they had a different train car . It was OK but disappointed they gave mine to someone else. Very cramped but for 1 night....we survived."
