Splendid villa for family /friend holiday with exceptional setting offering large living and entertaining space.
The house has a large swimming pool and a splendid sea view.
Quietly located, it is both a 30 minute walk from Argentière beach and with access to shops 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive from the village or the port with many restaurants.
Large wooded and enclosed garden 1700 m2 with pétanque ground.
The house has 3 or 6 bedrooms depending on chosen formula.
On the pool floor :
Entrance large living room, kitchen, plancha area, 1 double bedroom with shower room and separate toilet, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom with shower room and toilet. Several terraces sheltered from the sun , with large dinning table for 12 people.

A wonderful week in a beautiful house

The house is stunning inside and out and one of the best equipped houses we have ever rented. The owner has thought of everything. The pool is large and surrounded by beautiful gardens and the property is in a gated community and feels very safe. Just a few steps from beaches, restaurants and coastal paths. A truly unforgettable stay.
