「Die Kommunikation hat von Anfang an hervorragend funktioniert. Herr Puschner ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, dem stets daran gelegen ist, dass seine Mieter sich in seinem Objekt wohlfühlen. Auf Fragen wurde direkt und umgehend geantwortet und nach Lösungen gesucht. Wir durften sogar einen Tag früher anreisen und dies komplett unentgeltlich. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Vor allem die Küche verfügt über genügend Geschirr, große Töpfe, Gewürze und viele Küchengeräte. Auch...

「Trevor was great with communicating through emails & making sure i had everything i needed before my stay & checking everything would be on for my elderly grandmother which i thought was a lovely consideration to have. Trevor made sure i had all the contact details prior to landing so that everything went smooth with my stay. As an owner i couldn’t recommend Trevor enough :) 」

「Visited villa Martin numerous times, this property was disappointing. It could be a stunning property, but is in need of a lot of repairs/modernisation. Broken tiles on the pool steps, the bathroom wall tiles are hanging off, the ensuite shower wasnt even worth using it's so underpowered, the shower in the other bathroom was unusable as someone has screwed the bracket to the wall the wrong way up!The pool was lovely, but the lighting didn't work, the chairs around the pool were broken and...

「The double bed was disgusting and needs replacing. The bed frame was metal and very low. The mattress was thin and scratchy with no cover. It dipped in the middle so the thin sheet provided kept coming off in the night. There were no pillows, only a single rock hard bolster. The downstairs bathroom was outside. The yard was being used to store broken kitchen appliances, furniture and other rubbish, so it was not pleasant to sit out in. Kitchen had no work surface to prepare or serve food at all,...
