“The apartment was fine for a few nights, but the cleaner had left laundry on the kitchen table and in the washing machine. I contacted the property twice to inform them, but they did not reply at all. It's not a big deal in reality, more of a customer service issue that should have been at least acknowleged. The other issue with this apartment is that it's in an old building, there is a heavy musty smell throughout and the walls are paper thin. You can hear the neighbors every more - talking,……

Im Schlafzimmer feuchte Wände, keinen Zugang zur Poollandschaft, Wohnung hat eine Ostausrichtung, die im Sommer bestimmt Vorteile hat, um diese Jahreszeit extrem kalt.”

I'd say it's probably the best apartment in Villa Martin in terms of its location, facilities, the fact it has a beautiful little garden which opens right in front of the pool. “Pros: The view was beautiful, and the apartment was spacious and clean. Cons: There were a couple of things that concerned me within the apartment due to safety reasons. The main one was no shelf or slip mat in the shower. This meant having to bend down every time you needed soap or body wash or shampoo. Not good on a slippery floor. The next thing, a minor detail, no toaster, presumably the oven was to be used.”

“Pros: Mooi huis om te verblijven, Wij hebben er als gezin erg fijn gehad. Woning is mooi ingericht, genoeg ruimte, moderne inrichting. Ligging is erg fijn! Aan een rustige straat en vlak bij het zwembad. Enig aandachtspunt: de woning mist een afwasmachine. Verder van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad!”
