My teenage son and I loved Barb’s place. It was perfect! The amount of space was just right. The location was fantastic! Easy access to the freeway and we seemed to be 20-25 minutes, at most, from most major SD attractions.
Barb supplied body wash, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, bath towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, and even had water and snacks. This was so thoughtful and convenient since most guests are flying in and not able to bring all of those items. The bedding was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of quiet and privacy. I sleep with a white noise machine and highway noise wasn’t an issue at all.
As others have mentioned, the street is somewhat busy but we didn’t have any problems backing out. Just be careful. There is a bathtub but the stopper wasn’t holding the water. It wasn’t a big deal to me but it might be if you have small children. Also, there ARE curtains on the door and back door. This place was great and Barb was fast to reply to texts. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for couples or small families.
