Set in a beautiful complex, only 50 metres away from the main street in Corralejo and five minutes walk from the beach. This 1st floor, 1 bedroomed apartment, is perfect for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. It provides an excellent location to visit the many bars and restaurants in the area and a base from which to explore the rest of the island. The apartment is located in a complex with very well maintained gardens full of mature flowering shrubs and large palm trees with an impressive water feature. Footpaths through the gardens lead to the three on site swimming pools and a children's pool. The complex provides the perfect holiday location for couples of all ages as well as families.

The first floor spacious apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed. There is further sleeping accommodation for 2 in the lounge by virtue of a newly purchased and very comfortable sofa bed.

The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals; electric hob, newly purchased oven, new fridge freezer, microwave and all essential pans and utensils, There is also, of course, a toaster and Kettle. A washing machine is provided.

The lounge is equipped with a new flat screen tv and a dinning table and chairs for four. There is free wifi in the appartment.

The spacious terrace provides a perfect outdoor space giving all day sunshine, as well as a lovely view over one of the three pools. There is a table and chairs for
al -fresco dinning.

There is a bath and shower.

The apartment is within a short distance of beautiful white sandy beaches which are perfect for surfing, kite surfing and windsurfing. Fuerteventura is famed for these water based activities as well as scuba diving.

Corralejo has everything you should need for a perfect holiday so a car is not needed. Car hire, on day/week basis is available locally for those who wish to explore the island further.

Bicycles are easily available to hire at reasonable rates.

Just across the road there is an aquapark.

Indimenticabile e superiore alle aspettative

I proprietari sono persone gentilissime. Rispondono velocemente e presentano l’appartamento con tutti i servizi che realmente ha. Anzi, abbiamo trovato addirittura canovacci per cucina, carta igienica, detersivo per piatti, e altri ancora, tutte cose che normalmente non vengono fornite. Ci sono 3 piscine di acqua salata, super fruibili. Il residence è silenzioso. L’ubicazione del residence è in posizione centrale rispetto al centro di Coralejo, a pochi passi dalle migliori spiagge sull’Oceano. Abbiamo visitato tutta l’Isola, siamo stati a Lanzarote e Los Lobos, perché da lì ci sono partenze per tutte le destinazioni. Rapporto qualità-prezzo super!!!

Nice apartment in a peaceful complex

The apartment was on the first floor overlooking a small swimming pool and palm trees. There was a large balcony which got the sun nearly all day. The apartment was adequately equipped for a long stay. It is in a good location 5 minutes walk to the main strip. About 15 minutes walk to the old town and port. The apartment was a little tired. The door to the balcony was damaged. We were disappointed that there there were no spare bed sheets or towels supplied for our 17 day stay.

Some noise problems.

A good sized apartment, a large balcony with a good view of the garden and pool, plus dining tables inside and out. Also, a good fridge/freezer, though the rest of the kitchen could be better, and the bed could be softer - we found it so hard we slept on the sofa-bed, which also had the advantage of being further away from the street noise and loud music, often played until midnight. Will probably look for a quieter location next time.

Great Little Apartment

We stayed January 2018. It was kitted out exactly as advertised which was great. It is situated just off the main road so super for amenities but complex nice and quiet. Internet speed also good. Great value for money.

Sunny apartment in a most convenient location

This apartment is in a residential complex with an attractive central garden. It has a south facing terrace on the first floor and it is close to all the amenities of Corralejo. We had excellent support from the owner and the local agent to make for a trouble free brilliant 5 week holiday. We would happily rebook.

We had a great week staying at the apartment. Very clean and comfortable, and the position of the apartment made it very private. Plentiful supply of crockery and cutlery etc. When we stayed the complex was extremely quiet which was definitely a bonus! Wouldn't hesitate in returning......!!

Sehr gut alles war wie versprochen.Lage ist perfekt man kann alles per Fuß erreichen.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles da was man brauchte.Der Vermieter war auch jeder Zeit erreichbar.Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen weil einfach Preis - Leistung stimmt.
