the apartment is located in the build OLIASTUR, the apartment is located in the picturesque bay of the fishing village for 4 person in 2 bedroom apartment located in a small urbanization of 32 central apartments, facing the sea so that you can enjoy the best views of an almost unspoiled natural environment, offering a calm, tranquil atmosphere, in the pedestrian zones close to restaurants, supermarkets, Bus station, etc. The apartment is fully equipped, you can even enjoy a peaceful solarium and pool protected from the wind. The option of garage and storage room is available to please the comfort of our clients.

Fully equipped, each one has a kitchen equipped with all appliances and appliances: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, full kitchenware, bed linen and towels, ironing board, coffee maker, TV and Satellite.

Perfect stay in Cotillo

Everything was perfect, really nice and clean flat, strong Wi-Fi, amazing roof terrace with pool. Perfect location in the center of the town. Really lovely owner, easy communication.

Zentral, sauber, gut ausgestattet

Die Apartment Anlage ist sehr gut gesichert und organisiert. Das Apartment selbst ist in sehr gutem Zustand und bestens ausgerüstet. Die Küche lässt nichts vermissen. Obwohl ein paar Tage vorher einen Sandsturm über die Insel gezogen war, hat man davon nichts gemerkt. Die Reinigung des Apartments war perfekt. Die Betten sind nicht durchgelegen und mit Matratzenschonern ausgestattet. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral zu vielen Restaurants, Supermärkten und kleinen Geschäften. Von hier aus ist man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß an den Stränden im Süden des Ortes und in 15 Minuten am Strand im Norden. Auch der Busbahnhof ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr gepflegt und war bei nicht zu starkem Wind sehr angenehm nutzbar. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Einziges Element dass ich als negativ bezeichnen würde, ist die kleine Terrasse oder vielmehr der kleine Innenhof. Der ist wirklich klein und rundherum mit hohen Wänden ausgestattet. Von einer Terrasse würde ich hier nicht unbedingt sprechen. Alles in allem würde ich diese Unterkunft jederzeit erneut buchen.

Viel besser geht es nicht!

Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr angenehm, da man zu Fuß alles wichtige schnell erreicht, insbesondere die schönen Restaurants in El Cotillo. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll angelegt. Unsere Wohnung war groß und mit allem ausgestattet. Durch entsprechende mails des Vermieters waren An- und Abreise sehr einfach. Nachts war die Umgebung absolut ruhig. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Uitstekende locatie

Goed uitgerust appartement op een uitstekende locatie. Ligt op een minuut lopen van de restaurants en terrassen aan het water. Het zwembad, het terras en de ligstoelen op de bovenverdieping van het appartementen complex zijn ideaal om ‘s morgens te ontbijten of een wijntje te doen. Alleen jammer dat je geen eigen balkon hebt om even te zitten.

Very Convenient Location

Apartment was clean and ideally situated for walking to the beach and bars and restaurants. So unless you want to go for days out around the island it is not necessary to have a car. . All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Was really clean and felt very spacious for the two of us. Had Positive response to Request for 100% cotton bedding. Would definitely come again as in a fab location near old harbour with lovely restaurants.

Great location in El Cotillo. Close to all amenities

Good apartment in a good central location, in the fishing village of El Cotillo. Well equipped for a week long stay. Size would be a little small for 4 adults though would be ok for a family with 2 children. Only the other comment is perhaps the master bed and bed linen could be updated.

La casa estaba perfecta ubicada y de fácil aparcamiento. Contaba con todos los utiles necesarios para la comodidad. Estaba bastante limpia. El trato con la.propietaria fue en todo momento vía emails pero excelente con todas las explicaciones necesarias. Sin duda volveriamos a repetir.

Great spot

This property is ideally located for those that want all the facilities on tap, without the crowds. This apartment is adequately equipped for a couple, or a couple with with children, and restaurants, bars, beaches, cafes, supermarkets, and great walks. There is also on site secure parking, and the rooftop terrace and cool pool have great views. If we were the type to revisit the same place this would be one of them, our host was very helpful.
