Great Villa!

Very friendly owner and well equipped villa with everything you need for a family stay. Would have liked a couple more sun loungers, the little ones loved the pool. We had a wonderful stay thanks Matthias.

Lovely quiet villa, very well equipped, beds very comfy. We did use the washing machine which clearly had'nt been used for a while as during and after there was a distinct unpleasant drain odour, and we used up the water allocation for that day. So could'nt shower (the owner did warn us of the water limit per day!). Overall though we would come back!

Sehr gutes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus war sauber, hervorragend ausgestattet und genauso wie beschrieben. Der Check-in absolut problemlos und die Kommunikation mit Matthias Kreft super. Durch die Bauweise waren wir fast ganz windgeschützt. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen.

Einfach traumhaft ,super warmer Pool 28 Grad im Jänner, Küche bestens ausgestattet, toller Wohnbereich mit Panoramafenster wo man wunderschön ein Buch lesen kann. Der Innenhof ist größtenteils windgeschützt und schön bepflanzt, man findet immer einen Platz in der Sonne. Alle Badzimmer bestens ausgestattet. Super Urlaub in einem hervorragenden Haus

Wir hatten Anfang März einen erholsamen Urlaub im Ferienhaus "Fuerte al sur". Es liegt absolut ruhig in einer Wohngegend von Lajares, ein Mietwagen ist allerdings nötig. Es war alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool im Innenhof gefallen. Er ist umschlossen vom Haus in U-Form und windgeschützt. Der Check-in hat problemlos geklappt und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war sehr nett. Damian, der Verwalter, hat sich um Pool und Garten gekümmert. Nochmal vielen Dank für alles, wir können dieses Objekt nur weiterempfehlen. M. Kesten NS.: Die Pflanzen im Innenhof haben wir fleißig gegossen:)

Dieses Domizil eignet sich hervorragend für einen Erholungstrip. Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen und vor fremden Blicken geschützt. Straße ist Sackgasse, kaum Autos. Wir könnten uns wunderbar erholen... Leider konnten wir nur eine Woche buchen. Gerne wieder.

Everything that we wanted and more. Very well equipped Villa. We were very lucky with the weather and the pool, though on the small side, was a godsend. Superb kitchen and a lovely welcome pack on arrival.

Perfekte Unterkunft in Lajares

Wir waren in den vergangenen Jahren bereits häufiger in Lajares. Es hat uns bisher immer sehr gut gefallen. In diesem Jahr hatten wir aber eine exzellente Unterkunft, die den Aufenthalt nochmals verschönerte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir haben bereits für kommendes Jahr wieder gebucht.

Entorno maravilloso. Casa confortable muy bien equipada. Muy recomendable.

El alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas. La casa es muy confortable y está en un entorno maravilloso, muy cerca del volcán Calderón Hondo. Las camas son comodísimas. La cocina está muy bien equipada con mucho más de lo necesario. Tiene una barbacoa estupenda. El propietario es muy amable y estuvo todo el rato atento a nuestras necesidades. Hubo un pequeño problema con la contrata de limpieza y lo solucionó inmediatamente. Quizá la única pega para nosotros fue que en algunas habitaciones entraban mosquitos. Lo solucionamos abriendo solo las ventanas que tenían mosquiteras y poniendo los ventiladores que hay en cada habitación en las noches en que hizo calor (pocas porque Canarias tiene un clima fresco por las noches incluso en verano). Casa muy recomendable.

Lovely area, great villa!

Communication with the Owner, was very good! Especially as we had to delay our holiday for 1 year due to Covid restrictions. Matthias was very understanding and flexible throughout. So we are so happy to finally manage to get to his lovely villa. It is very well equipped and contains all the luxuries you need: warm pool, plenty of loungers and chairs, comfy beds, etc. We knew the area a bit from a previous holiday and Lajares ticks many boxes: it is a quiet area, which still has some restaurants, bars and shops. It's very easy to get to the more touristy bits and/or beaches in the north of the island, which are no more than 20 minutes away. Well worth the top ratings I gave it throughout!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage von Lajares

Wir waren im Juli 2020 auf Fuerteventura. Das Haus liegt am Rand von Lajares, fußläufig kann man Lajares Ortsmitte in 20 min erreichen. Man kann sofort auf den Vulkanweg. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Internet ist da. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Danke an die netten Vermieter!!! ... und Damian!!!!
