Basic accommodation, clean but bad wi-fi

Basic but clean accommodation. Bleak lighting with basic equipment and no frills e.g. no salt, pepper or anything like that. Basic linens/towels and hard pillow. Wi-fi was terrible and despite communicating this with manager no action taken. Could be great with a bit of TLC. Reported a semi-blocked kitchen sink but this was 'resolved' with a bucket under the kitchen sink to collect leaking water.
