「Casa limpia en general」

「Desde que uno hace la reservacion todo fue de primera, el recibimiento, la habitación, la comida y servicio fue excelente!!!」

「This is our new favorite place to stay and we’ve been going to Zihua for 14years. This is not a hotel, it’s a private condo within walking distance to some of the best area restaurants. The beach is right downstairs and the views are incredible. Luis is always on time to meet us and the housekeeping staff is amazing. Your master bed looks out over the ocean and is private while offering amazing views. The pool on the roof top is another plus and we usually have it all to ourselves- 」

「 Very nice property in a bad area of Zihua. Pool is small and obstructed from the sun on 4 sides which didn’t work for us. Wouldn’t stay there again but only based on location and the pool.」

「It's s very good place for my family's vacation. The room is clean when we arrived and all staffs are friendly. Perfect view and beach, Great. BTW, it will be better if hotel can provide coffee everyday, haha.」

「Everything is perfect at Aura del Mar. We prefer the Superior Suite because of the extra room and the elevated view. The pool area is excellent with plenty of shade. Another few steps and you are on the beach! The restaurant has amazing food. We loved the nightly happy hour on the sunset viewing deck. Abel treats his customers like family. Roxy at the front desk and Carlos who books excursions are both helpful and making every guest feel at home.」

「No bar ! Room didn’t look over beach but it was a beautiful view from. the pool and the deck 」

「Funciono, bien el aire, no ocupe la alberca, hubo un inconveniente con la reservación, a pesar de yo haber selecciónado 2 adultos y un menor de 13 años , en la estancia querían cobrar extra por el menor del 20% alegando que la plataforma de expedia esta en un error , que los menores que ellos aceptan son de 7 años. Al final se resolvió y respetaron la reservación, pero ojo a ese detalle.」
