"What a great surprise to have a prized chef owning this Hotel. Kevin served us up the most amazing, incredibly high end seven course degustation dinner with a bottle of local wine to set the mood. The service was friendly, courteous and efficient. We seriously loved our stopover and will be looking to visit again on our next visit to Europe."

"The property lies beautifully on the bottom of Fayence with a decent view on it right in the middle of rose fields and wine field. Rupert and Christophe built some real jewel there. Both provide also some very open and friendly environment to spend extraordinary vacations. Slowing down from daily business work and forget any stress becomes so easy..... Great"

"Just a delightful experience. A small (2 room) place in a villa in Salernes with a wonderful pool. We were the only guests during our two nights stay and it was a highlight during our road trip. A wonderful hospital couple that made us feel so welcome without interfering with our privacy. They served a delicious breakfast by the poolside each morning, including home made cakes.
