「Unhappy staff, slightly arrogant management, and forgot to make up our room for once and the receptionist came up with several excuses for that, instead of rushing up to solve the problem. But this has been satisfying compensated in the end, that's good. Positive points: nice breakfast, beautiful architecture and swimming pool.」

「Wunderschöne Unterkunft , umgeben von einem tropischen Garten. Der Bungalow hat alles, was man braucht als Selbstversorger und die Lage ist super als Startpunkt in alle Richtungen der Insel. Außerdem wurden wir super beraten, was es alles auf der Insel zu entdecken gibt und von dem Chef Stephan Wurden eigentlich alle Wünsche erfüllt, ob es Fahrräder, frischer Fisch oder Ähnliches ist. 「Stays at Raffles was a truly beyond expectation experiences. All staffs are friendly and well trained. The hotel location is definitely a point up. The hotel manager also held a cocktail evening, a perfect chance for us to meet all the management group and had a chance to talk with other hotel guests.」

Die Zimmer (gleiche Kategorie) sind durch ihre Lage und ihre baulichen Gegebenheiten jedoch sehr unterschiedlich. Die Zimmer oberhalb des Restaurants sind insbesondere in den Abendstunden von Lärm betroffen - darüber hinaus ist die Toilette wie auch die Dusche zwar von einer Wand, aber keiner Decke vom Zimmer getrennt.」

「Close to beach, the hotel is artistically tasteful. But the WiFi reception is really bad. You need a voucher to access the wifi and the voucher code gets invalid easily. I asked at least 4 vouchers. Also for the superior room, you are sharing your balcony with your neighbors. They only use a small bamboo partition to divide. This poses potential security risk. We never used our balcony for the entire time because our neighbors are always there. 」
