"Quiet house located within a safe locked compound. Asscess to pool and play structures were great for kids. Only downside is the compound is located a ways from the city centre, etc. having a vehilce is a necessity. "

"The place was clean, the property nice, and he left us a big jug of water with a pump. It's a pretty basic room, but we didn't plan on spending a lot of time there. He is not very quick with messages though. The lock on the door was broken and I didn't sleep well because of that. I let the host know first thing in the morning and he said he would be there momentarily. We waited two hours and he never showed. Never fixed the door. Also we didn't have a shower curtain which he also said he would bring and he never did. "

"This is a cute boutique hotel. The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge . However, it does need a facelift, it’s quite dated. It worked for me because I wasn’t trying to be near the touristy/Malecon area but if you are, you need a car. It’s quite a ways out and there are no restaurants nearby."
