"For the price point, it is a great place to stay. Close to shopping, dining, London Bridge, and lake beach access. Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, some linens were stained but clean. The pool was very nice, clean, and extra towels provided. The laundry room was a nice bonus as well and the front office supplied quarters when needed. However the rumor about one of the machines not working is true but it was labeled as out of order. The grocery store is walking distance away, even in the 113 degree heat. This location is pet friendly for a reasonable extra fee per night. I appreciated the fridge, microwave, and cable TV with HBO. My family, including our dog, had a great stay.
Items that could be improved:
The inn states that it is smoke free but does not have a designated area for smokers. Guest would sit in front of their rooms and smoke which I did not appreciate. The yellow chair in our room was nasty and the drapes were hanging on by a thread. The hot water did not work consistently in the shower but always seemed to work in the sink. The sink was rather hard to turn off, the handle needed to be in a strangely specific place to get it to turn all the way off. The fridge did not have front legs so it leaned forward, which was a bit awkward, but it still worked just fine. The pet area needs to be cleaned regularly and have a better way to access from the inn.
With that being said, we would stay here again."
