“I loved this place! It is beach front, the deck is huge and amazing with great views of the ocean, pool is nice with a great bar. The unit is very nicely decorated, clean, spacious and had (almost) everytying i needed.The only problem was that the washter and dryer were not working (we really needed it). Also there is a weird 3" step at the entrance and I kept tripping on it, and one person in our group actually fell hard because of it. That step should have a warning or paint or something to……

“I arrived late night so i did not see the host. But as soon i entered the room had bad smell but ut was 11 pm and decided to go to sleep. Next day i told somebody and he called maintenant on the radio to fux the bad smell toulet was leakig. I came back late to the room and they did not fix the toulet leaking .i went to talk to " management " they said that it wil be take care.i came back late again the room smell bleach but now the toilet leaks and the sink. Very desapointed of management and it……

“Perfect for a stay in El Tunco! The apartment is centrally located, just minutes from the beach, restaurants, bars, and local vendors. It’s spacious, ultra-clean, and the kitchenette is well-equipped with most of the utensils and cookware needed to prepare meals in-house. The traffic noise during the day can be a little annoying, but it does quiet down in the evening. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be right in the heart of……

“We did use the laundry service, was very usefull. Great location and perfect view of the city from the living room and the master beadroom just like discrived. I would for sure pick this place again. Simple access to the building and planty of space for two vehicles with assigned space. The air condition units worked great and the rooms were clean. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.”

“Include a full day for a proper cleaning session as the time between one family and the other is not much. This was confirmed by the cleaning ladies that argued no much time to clean properly. We found some cleaning issues : bathroom, shower, bed sheets. We needed to wash and dry all sheets to avoid itches. Besides this, the owner was very active and sent back the cleaning team. Everything was clean again and the request was politely attended.”
