"When we arrived at the apartment and called the host he said there was an issue with the current apartment and there was another that he was going to send us to. I had read a previous review with the same situation and it just felt like it was a scam.we didn't feel safe going to another location.the host wasn't willing to work with us to help us get a refund. Please be careful when booking here."

"Include a full day for a proper cleaning session as the time between one family and the other is not much. This was confirmed by the cleaning ladies that argued no much time to clean properly. We found some cleaning issues : bathroom, shower, bed sheets. We needed to wash and dry all sheets to avoid itches. Besides this, the owner was very active and sent back the cleaning team. Everything was clean again and the request was politely attended."

"No fue la estancia que rentamos. Aceptamos el cambio por qué dijo que estaba en mantenimiento pero cuando llegamos estaba rentada por otros. Además el sitio que nos brindó esta super sucio, descuidado y no era lo que nos vendieron. La dirección súper diferente y no era la misma de la compra, larguísima de nuestro destino. No es justo que lo que se compre no se obtenga. El olor a moho era insoportable. De tres cuartos pasamos a uno arrinconadas. Con inseguridad por que la cerradura estaba dañada....

"The hotel is located on a good place. I found a cockroach in my room (7th floor) the hotel seems like a good option in 1980’s, right now is not properly taken care of, the key system is awful and the room keys need constant reprogramming; i wouldn’t be such q big deal if it wasn’t for the constant delays in the old, dereriorated elevator. A/C was working however it did not have the capabilities tu truly make the place cold and I couldn’t get the temperature below 24 celcius"
