"Included breakfast has basic limited options. Everything else on restaurant menu is extra cost. Shuttle service can be slow. Overall, would stay again since we just needed a place to sleep for our next day connection flight. "

"Disappointed with the super thin walls and our room was an even number which over looked the pool, but on Saturday we heard the music from the clubs and bars which sucked when I wanted to go to bed. We tried to order room service and no one answered so my husband went to the lobby, but the gave us two free drinks at Strikers which made up for it, good food and service there. Drinks were good. The pool was too cold so we never got in but we did enjoy the spa. The hot tub was fun for us. Now considering that, why is it a four. Well my Husband and I loved it. The staff was super friendly, kind and informative. It felt like an all inclusive resort with the premium perk, so if you are considering it, get it. The food options were so goooood and I am a picky eater. The views were nice. The hotel is in a perfect area for walking and tons of options for restaurants, drinks and shopping. "

"So the location is nice on the beach. However there is nothing else around besides two bodegas about 10 minute walk. I left early because I caught their night time restaurant security guard trying to steal cigarettes off my patio table early one morning. I reported it to the staff but nothing happened. Saw the same guy back the next day and I was freaked out and decided to cut my trip short. The villas are shipping containers. Granted the price was low but the bed was rock hard and the couch was beyond uncomfortable. Paint peeling, rust and one temp showers. My unit had a nice hole right by the bed thru the little bit of drywall they did line the shipping container with. Food at the restaurant was good however expensive for the area. Seems like the restaurant is the big goal for them and the hotel part is an afterthought. So if you don’t mind sleeping on an uncomfortable bed and possibly getting robbed by their security go for it. I hate to write bad reviews but it is what it is. "

"We had a great overall stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking, definitely a must-see and one of the highlights of the trip. The complimentary breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, which was a big plus. The amenities were also very nice, the pool and spa were always heated and well-maintained, making it really enjoyable to relax. However, there were a couple of downsides. The service at the restaurant was quite slow, it often took a long time for staff to come take our order or even ask for drinks. Also, we had requested an ATV tour a day in advance, but were only informed at the last minute that the ATVs were not working, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a good experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service and communication."
