「The place was clean, the property nice, and he left us a big jug of water with a pump. It's a pretty basic room, but we didn't plan on spending a lot of time there. He is not very quick with messages though. The lock on the door was broken and I didn't sleep well because of that. I let the host know first thing in the morning and he said he would be there momentarily. We waited two hours and he never showed. Never fixed the door. Also we didn't have a shower curtain which he also said he would...

「Horrible experience. We have been renting at this resort for 15 years and love it here. This condo was filthy, and not cleaned prior to our arrival. Had to ask property manager to have it cleaned. Dishwasher broken, coffee maker broken, garbage disposal broken, sink plugged up, broken plunger. Stained sheets, maintenance has not been done on this unit in a very long time. Big disappointment! This condo is overpriced and definitely overrated.」

「Martha was a great host. She was very responsive and patient. However, beware the town house it’s self need some TLC. You can tell the owners haven’t been there in a while. Appliance were inoperable, kitchen was full of mismatched and useless pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Throughout the house there were damaged fixtures and the floors could be cleaner. 」

「Beach and pool were both food amenities. Unit was clean though could use some minor repairs. We were disappointed that the unit did not include a washer and dryer as listed. Also there isn’t any fitness center. The owner said that the adjacent hotel did have exercise equipment, but when I inquired, I was told that only hotel guests were allowed to use the equipment and I was not permitted not even for an additional fee. 」

「Host was very welcoming…picked us up at the bus stop and even took us to the store for groceries before going to the unit. Amenities were OK…could have used a few more plates and glasses but cupboard space is limited. Lots of fresh potable water provided, host set us up on Netflix account for TV and brought in a new microwave.」
