“這個住宅飯店 (Wailea Ekolu Village, A Destination Residence)很寬敞，客廳、廚房及居家設備都十分完整，有一種回到家的感覺，很適合家庭旅遊的朋友。飯店位於茂宜南邊，當地居民較多遊客較少，走路可到的餐廳較少，但多了一份寧靜。特別提醒第一次來的朋友，這間住宅飯店事實上是集中了很多出租民宅、別墅，所以直接依地址到現場會一頭霧水，我問當地居民飯店接待中心在那裏，沒人清楚，只回應這區都是住宿區。真正的接待中心在旁邊的MonkeyPod購物中心其中一間,招牌名稱是Destination Resorts Hawaii..”

“飯店正前方就有美麗的沙灘，附近還有plaza，裡面應有盡有，不用擔心錢沒地方花～而飯店員工人很好，到的第一天英語還有點卡時員工很有耐心的與我們溝通～房間內也是什麼都有，洗衣機烘衣機洗碗機烤箱要什麼有什麼（有洗衣粉！），而且竟然還有沙灘躺椅和陽傘～太完美了！下次來一定會再住這裡！”

“The condo is beautiful inside and very nicely updated. The layout of the condo is great and has plenty of room . We had everything we needed for our stay and really enjoyed the deck with the nice little ocean view. It is situated very close to the beach and in walking distance to many amenities. “This nice apartment is right across the street from Kam 2 and 3 beaches. The owner took special touches like labels by each light switch and on each drawer which are much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen too. And great beach gear! The complex is older and smaller than its neighbors but it means the rather decent pool is not as crowded. Overall highly recommended!”

Great facilities with an average room and service
"The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping the mat on the floor), hot water not working well for the 2 nights we stayed in, temperature of the room can’t go below 20.5. And when the engineer attended the property, he couldn’t help with the issue and didn’t take off his shoes when he came in. Housekeeping did a good job in tidying up the room, unfortunately they only picked up the phone once out of the 4 times we called. All in all, for I felt the rooms definitely need a freshen up to charge the price. "
