「We had a beautiful time at Cananvalle. The staff are very attentive and friendly. It is a place quite a bit outside Ibarra and without transport you have to rely on taxis to get around. Saying that the local taxis are cheap and safe. 」

「Friendly and efficient service. Hotel and grounds are stunning. Spacious large rooms that are clean and comfortable.
Dinners are amazing. Food is delicious and the presentation and small surprises are delightful. Walking Distance to shopping.
Spa is a treat. We just swam but it was so relaxing and warm. Great facility. Would highly recommend. 」

「This is my favorite place I’ve ever stayed. It’s a 300 year old Spanish hacienda. Beautiful. Well maintained grounds. Extremely helpful staff. Wonderful, daily breakfast included. All of this said, this is an old building. Do not expect modern amenities like an in room tv, coffee maker or fridge. Do expect an in room wood burning fireplace that the staff lights for you every night. Do expect a very very cool, old bar. Preis sehr günstig, man muss zwar jedes Mal drei Dollar fürs Taxi bezahlen, um dort weg zu kommen, aber trotzdem noch günstiger als sonstwo. Man kann mit der Familie essen (gut und günstig) und auch auf dem Hof mithelfen. Not only do they provide a very clean and comfortable and extremely affordable place to stay, but they will walk around the community with you to show you highlights, they will help to arrange transportation, and offer suggestions of how and where to find what you are looking for!!
