“Nice place to hang your hat while you explore the town of Durango and the surrounding area. It was great to have a kitchen and two bedrooms for our family getaway. ”

“The hosts provided information sheets with detailed instructions that were especially helpful as to the operation of the home’s indoor pool, electronics and lighting. Loved having so many beds and ample bedding. We slept six adults, and eight children; however, we hosted an additional 12 guests for dinner, games, that included a pool table and ping-pong. We loved the spaciousness, the outdoor pond and patio for sitting areas.”

“We return to this property every year to spend Christmas because it is the perfect place to cozy up and spend time together as a family. The beds and bedrooms are comfortable and cozy and the kitchen and living area have everything we need to make yummy meals and enjoy various activities including playing board games, reading, talking and opening our gifts!We so appreciate the Christmas tree where we place our gifts and love the view outside. The location is fantastic halfway between Durango……

“Overall we enjoyed our stay here. However several unexpected issues arose. I did speak to the rental management agency and he did quickly help with a couple issues (step ladder, as cupboards are for taller people than I am; and oil for the squeaky doors), and said he would notify the owner about others. We did meet the owner - friendly guy. So, instead of a lower rating, I am rating 4 stars, on the assumption that some/many of the issues will be corrected. -the unit is on the 2nd floor,……
