「This was a one night stop as we traveled west from the UP to Duluth and we wished we could have stayed here longer. This is a fantastic property. The best hotel breakfast we had all week, and a pool that was actually warm and a hot tub that functioned as it is supposed to. It doesn't sound like a high bar to meet, but so many other properties fail to maintain the amenities to a high standard.
The room had 2 entry points: 1 from the exterior and 1 that opens up to the pool area. Spacious...

「It was a terrible place to stay both side security doors will not shut by themselves you had to literally slam them to be secure the room door was kicked in a whole bunch of times continental breakfast sucked the whirlpool had bugs in it and black stuff floating everywhere and the activation button for the Jets was really jalopy and messed up you had to hit it like 20 times for the Jets to start up and they were very weak worst place I've ever stayed ever. Do not stay there you're better off...

「What a wonderful place to spend our 30th wedding anniversary! Gorgeous woodworking throughout the home, beautiful landscaped grounds to walk around in, breath-taking views of Lake Superior from the wrap-around front porch, as well as amazing food for breakfast! The shower in Betty's Room was like a waterfall paradise! So wonderful! We both enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it! Thank you!」
