Great Family House

We loved the layout of the property and the pool was a winner for all parties. The bath towls were a little small so i suggest taking your own.

emplacement parfait a proximité d'ETRETAT et ballade a pied depuis le gite magnifique sur conseil de notre hôte juste une petite recommandation concernant la table de salle a manger petite pour 10 (table et chaise pour 8)

grande maison avec 4 chambres La piscine est la pièce principale des 2 ailes. 2 salle de bain avec douche et baignoire Le propriétaire est joignable par SMS La maison nécessite de nombreux petits travaux qui ne nuisent pas à l'utilisation mais qui ferait de celle-ci une maison d'exception (interrupteur, joint de carrelage et de baignoire, poignée de porte, lumiere dans frigo, peinture écaillée au plafond) La piscine est très agréable. Un peu plus chaude serait l'ideal surtout avec les enfants Sauna très appréciable Pour etre un site d'exception, cette maison nécessite ne nombreuses interventions de maintenance et surtout, un ménage plus méticuleux

Du "week-end détente" à la "charge mentale"

Une belle propriété bien située, l'accès en voiture ou à vélo se fait aisément ; un propriétaire très exigeant et c'est compréhensible aux vues de la surface et des nombreux équipements... mais attention, à ce prix le week-end en Normandie, ça attire les clients exigeants, et là il y a beaucoup à dire.... L'entretien avant notre arrivé n'a pas été fait: pelouse non tondue, toiles d'araignées et dépôts gras, équipements cassés ou défaillants... nous avions mis l'accent sur la table de ping-pong qui était cassée etc... Mais le plus pénible reste le comportement du propriétaire très stressé et confus dans ses propos, qui n'hésite pas à nous arroser de messages, appels et mails rendant la détente quasi impossible. La procédure de départ s'est faite sous la pression et les menaces à 16h33 quand le contrat prévoyait un départ à 17h30. Enfin le propriétaire ne s'est pas déplacé pour le "check-out" et ne m'a pas restitué le chèque de caution avant 2 jours. En conclusion nous avons passé un très bon moment entre amis, mais l'ambiance était oppressante.

Excellent séjour entre amis

Nous sommes restés 3j et 2n entre amis dans la maison de Cyrille. La maison est fonctionnelle, les espaces sont bien répartis et le jardin est très grand et appréciable. La maison est bien située avec des circuits de rando à proximité, endroit central pour se déplacer. Cyrille est très disponible, attentif et un excellent hôte !

Un havre de paix !!!

Avec sa piscine intérieure chauffée, cette grande maison blottie au milieu de la verdure, offre un grand luxe à tous les amateurs non seulement d'eau mais aussi de jeux... surtout les jours de pluie ! Tout le monde peut se régaler et profiter de très bons moments... Cerise sur le gâteau, vous serez accueillis par un propriétaire très sympathique et très à l'écoute.

La maison rêvée des vacances

Maison extraordinaire, très grande, en deux parties qui communiquent par la piscine couverte, au milieu. On s'y perd un peu au début mais on s'y habitue très vite. La première partie avec trois chambres est très au calme, avec pièce à vivre et cuisine dans l'autre partie où l'on trouve deux chambres à l'étage. On peut habilement installer tout le monde et que tout le monde soit content! La pièce à vivre donne sur un charmant petit jardin entièrement clos et abrité. La cuisine est très bien équipée et permet aux cordons bleus de s'exprimer. Grande piscine avec cabine de sauna qui permettent d'attendre que l'averse passe. Grand jardin à l'entrée avec terrain de boules et ...boules, table de ping-pong. Bref, il y a de quoi faire déjà dans l'enceinte de la maison. Et quand on sort, paysage fantastique avec les falaises, la mer, le ciel, des couleurs incroyables qui changent chaque jour, et de grandes promenades plus ou moins sportives. Le Havre est à trente minutes. Ravitaillement facile. Centre équestre très sympatique tout près. Le propriétaire Cyrille, répond très rapidement si problème et a une solution (pour nous un lit bébé supplémentaire!). Après un séjour de deux semaines avec famille et amis, je serai bien restée plus longtemps!

Idéal pour WE détente et découverte d’Etretat

Très bel endroit

Superbe séjour dans une belle maison pleine d activité (piscine, pétanque, ping-pong, baby-foot, jardin) situé Au calme. A 1km de la mer, ce lieu de repos est un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer avec ses amis ou sa famille. Cyril quoique brute au premier contact est quelqu un d attachant qui a su nous donner de bons conseils et à été f un accueil merveilleux. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Excellent week-end

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille, tout est là dans la villa pour y contribuer. Très bon accueil par le propriétaire qui est très disponible. C'était parfait, la piscine, le jardin, le boulodrome, même le grand soleil était de la partie. Merci pour tout.

Vacances très reposantes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, déconnexion totale dans cette Très belle Maison , fonctionnelle, spacieuse, au calme, très jolis jardins; idéalement située, à 10 minutes des magnifiques plages et falaises d’Etretat. Le propriétaire, Cyril, est très accueillant, à notre écoute durant tout le séjour. Je recommande vivement!
