“This was the PERFECT place to stay for us. Four adults (two couples) so the living room and deck was perfect for us to be able to socialize comfortable in the evening. The kitchen was large and stocked with all the dishes and appliances you would need. It was SUPER clean. The double beds were cozy - we are used to a Queen size, so we just cuddled. All good, and comfortable mattresses. The view is stunning, and the quiet street made a midnight walk by the water a beautiful end to our……

“To be honest, we had a little trouble finding the camper. I think that was VRBO's fault though, and the fact that our US sat/nav wasn't working in Canada. But we did find it. The camper is very nice and clean, with everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. It was very nice to find that the owner of the property lives right next door, and when we needed a reboot of our breakers, he was right there to fix it immediately. All in all, a very pleasant experience!! Wish it had been the summer so……

“We had a lovely stay at the Chateau acadien. The panoramic view from the deck of the Cape Breton shoreline is unforgettable. All the rooms were luxurious and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location on Cheticamp Island is in the original fishing settlement, and a small museum is being built nearby. It is supremely quiet and peaceful, but conveniently close to Cheticamp. I highly recommend this property. ”

“The Lavender House is one of the best vacation homes we have stayed at in a long time. We spent 3 nights out of an 9 day tour of Cape Breton. The house was Impeccably clean, organized and tastefully decorated. Catherine said to help ourselves to any of the goodies she left for us. I figured it would be similar to other places we stayed with some coffee and a couple snacks. When my daughter carried our groceries into the kitchen she hollered ‘you should see all the goodies they left for us! These……

“We had 7 adults , 2 children and 2 dogs and were very comfortable with the space. It was exceptionally clean and had plenty of beds and comfortable gathering areas. The location was absolutely perfect for what we wanted to do in Cape Breton. We loved the Gypsum mine hike right by the house. And being so close to the park and Inverness golf. 100% recommend Georgina’s house!!”

“Brian was very quick with communication and provides a lot of great info up front to make this a smooth and easy booking and check in process. We only had a very short stay, but would definitely return. Ideal location to many interesting parts of the Cabot Trail. The RV was very clean and very well stocked! We didn’t have time to meet any of the other guests or share the camp fire but we could tell the others seemed to enjoy it. Our only recommendation would be for a more firm mattress, the bed……
