This is a great unit. Close to a smaller pool and the main pool and club house. Located in a peaceful location and very clean.

Perfect location

This unit is right next to the pool and the bigger pool next to a grille is a very short walk away. Unit was nice and clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing getaway

It was centrally located for our needs. Spacious for myself and two teenage boys. We found ourselves using the pool located right outside the unit and the main pool located just steps away. Will definitely return.

Amazing experience

Couldn’t recommend this place any more. Awesome experience. Property manager replied within minutes throughout our entire stay. Place is great for a family vacation or a trip with your friends.

Sneak getaway

Last minute decision. Location is great. We had family staying at a property close by. Legacy Villas was a beautiful property and we would definitely stay again.

Not very clean

The couch was stained they need to steam clean it, also trash and dirt under cushions which can be vacuumed, also the vacuum was filled with dust probably from last visitor's was gross looking , Tv confusing to get a Chanel, needed more dish soap as we wash dishes, the blender was dirty and sticky, pans are not scrubbed good enough I think I cleaned them better, backwash tile kitchen sink needs a good cleaning Clorox would fix that, the table can use place mats the carpets need to be washed the master bedding comforter had some red splash stains and dirt spots all I'm saying is the owners really need to inspect how cleaning people are really cleaning I mean come on we get charged the frekin cleaning fee so when I come to a place I expect it to look clean not disgusting and also expect to walk in smelling as if it has been clean!!! People you don't know for sure how clean a place is so beware bring Lysol, pinsol, Clorox wipes etc we always do just in case.. owners you need to inspect that your crew you hire actually really clean for the next family coming in!! If you go different times through out the year to check I bet you your cleaning staff will always clean how it should be the first time!!

Stay away!!!I do not recommend this unit. The landlord charged my card without my permission for arriving less then an hour earlier, we just needed to put our stuff since it’s 105 degrees. How mean when the unit is ready and no one there. I tried calling and asking why my card was charged and they said because you came before 4. They didn’t even called me to ask if I agree for tge charge. For check out my son was picking his stuff then The cleaning crew came in while we were still in the apartment. Very bad communication and very disrespectful to the guests. This is a second floor with a lot of stairs, dirty stairs, the refrigerator was dirty and gad crumbs. Stay away from this unit. They will try to get from you as much as they can without asking you. The cleaning lady interfered our privacy and charged my card again without my permission. I had a holiday and couldn’t answer my phone, they kept calling and texting. This is insulting. Just stay away from this unit.

Great place to stay for a short visit!

Perfect spot for my family to crash for a few nights while attending a tournament. The two bedrooms were great especially since one that had two beds in it! The common areas on grounds also allowed us to meet with the team 😃

This upper unit has been carved into as many as 3 separate units. We were unaware of this until we got there and on the second night someone entered the studio unit with 2 large dogs.

Wonderful

Everything about this place is easy & relaxing; the booking process, checking in & checking out. The actual apartment is wonderfully equipped, and the resort is beautifully maintained. The facilities are first rate. Great access to local shops & restaurants, and very close to wonderful desert hiking. I love everything about this location, the apartment & the ease of staying & checking out. Really helps with getting into a relaxed state super fast. Thank you!!!

Perfect condo!

My sister and I stayed here and it was the perfect get away. This is my favorite of 4 condos that I've stayed in at Legacy. It's really beautifully decorated and the beds are super comfy. Host is really responsive and liked it way better than dealing with a management company which I did with the others. A+ all around!

Beautiful property

The property was great. My booking and errors in charging me a damage deposit when I had already agreed to prepaid damage insurance was not. Also communication with property manager was not easy at first. The main number listed for us to contact the property manager was only for a receiptionist to take our messages . It was not easy to speak to a live manager to discuss over charged fees. I had to contact VRBO directly and they passed my message to the property manager only without resolving my concerns. It was quite annoying to have to deal directly with the property manager when you have an accounting problem. I wish VRBO could be more helpful.

FANTASTIC BREAK

This is a very nice spacious & well appointed property. It is in a beautiful resort style complex, with gated entry & 12 different pools. The apartment was very clean, well maintained. There is an awesome loop walk around the property (with mountain goats!), a well appointed gym & nice clubhouse area. Checking in was super easy. would definitely recommend & would stay again.

The only problem...

We booked a two bedroom and didn’t realize there was a third bedroom attached to the unit that someone could rent out, but they have their own entrance. The only problem was the community only allows 3 cars per unit so since my husband and I drove both our cars out, we could not have anyone else drive into the community once the other renter came in. It actually was a big inconvenience because we were in town for a golf tournament and had friends stopping by and visiting. It will definitely play into whether we rent into the community again. Otherwise, the unit was clean, community quiet and the trip went really well.
